Who We Are
SCC of Iowa was founded in 2018 by Co-Owners Corey Banes and Ben Patzner, based in Palo, Iowa. We are expert concrete contractors who specialize in foundations, flatwork, and paving. We have over twenty years of experience in the concrete business and employ roughly 25 employees, totaling 8 crews providing excellent, timely service.
Where We Serve
SCC of Iowa serves the "Iowa Corridor" and surrounding areas. We've completed commercial projects around the entire state of Iowa and are happy to discuss your projects regardless of where in the state you are located.
